Hibiscus Gold lets you deposit USDT on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC), acquire digital gold, stake your holdings to earn returns over defined cycles, participate in an affiliate referral network, and redeem HGold rewards for products or vouchers. Features, rates, cycle lengths, and reward catalogs may change over time at our discretion.

Deposits and withdrawals are processed on the public Binance Smart Chain. Blockchain transactions are irreversible; we cannot recover funds sent to an incorrect address or lost due to errors on your part. You are responsible for providing a correct withdrawal address and for any network fees. We may apply minimums, fees, and processing times, which are displayed within the Service.

The value of gold and digital assets can fluctuate, and past performance does not guarantee future results. Returns, yields, and bonuses described in the Service are not guaranteed and depend on program rules and conditions that may change. You acknowledge that you use the Service at your own risk and that you are solely responsible for evaluating whether it is suitable for you. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

Referral and rank bonuses are calculated according to the program rules in effect at the time. You may not create fake, duplicate, or misleading accounts, manipulate the network structure, or engage in any activity designed to obtain bonuses you have not legitimately earned. We may withhold or reverse bonuses obtained through prohibited conduct.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
• interfere with, disrupt, or attack the integrity or security of the Service;
• reverse engineer or misuse the Service, or use automated means to exploit it;
• provide false information or impersonate any person or entity.

The Service, including its software, design, logos, and content, is owned by Hibiscus Gold or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or harmful activity, or where required by law. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time, subject to records we are required to retain.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any returns or outcomes will be achieved.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hibiscus Gold and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, assets, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
